At BA ENERGY, we're committed to getting your gear to you as quickly as possible. Since all our products are made on demand, here's what you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time
All BA ENERGY apparel is custom-made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please allow:
- 3-7 business days for production
- Plus shipping time based on your location
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days after production (where available)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated on special offers.
International Shipping
We ship to select international locations through our production partners. International customers should note:
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
- Check availability at checkout to see if we ship to your country
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number to monitor your delivery
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Address
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they've shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@ba-energy.com. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@ba-energy.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly
